How do I See the MLS History of a Property?

If you want to see if a property has been previously listed on the MLS, or view the changes that have occurred on a listing, click on the History link to the right of the Tax ID in the Agent Full Report.
This information, called the Property Activity Report, is based on the Tax ID on the listing, and is intended to show the history of that property on the MLS. This report shows specific changes made to the listing. Here are the items that, if changed, will appear in this report: 

• List Price
• Status
• Total Square Feet
• Total Bedrooms
• Total Bathrooms
• Interior Features
• Exterior Features
• Terms
• Inclusions
• Exclusions
• Listing Type
• Tax ID
• Expiration Date (this is only viewable by the listing agent or office)

The Property Activity Report also shows if the property has been previously listed on the MLS, and if a property has received a Days on Market (DOM) reset. You can view the full Property Activity Report by clicking on the Adobe symbol in the top right corner.
