What is Drive Time Search?

Drive Time, powered by Inrix, is the ability to search for residential properties within a certain commute time of any address (ie. the address of the buyer’s work or school).

How do I use Drive Time Search?

Open Drive Time under the Search Tab.

1. Enter the address of the buyer’s frequent destination (ie. work, school, etc.) under Preferred Destination.

2. Now enter the amount of time the buyer would be willing to commute to the chosen address under Preferred Travel Time.

3. Finally, indicate the time of day the client would like to arrive with Preferred Arrival Time.

The Preferred Destination will be within the preferred drive time of all search results (on an average day).
