What are the RapidStats Current Listings Reports?

The Current Listings section of RapidStats is for running statistics reports designed to help brokers, agents, and their clients understand the performance of Active and Under Contract status listings over time.

What Reports are Available in the Current Listings Section?

The Residential Reports available in the Current Listings Tab include:

• The Current Listings Summary Report
• The Current Listings by Price Range Report
• The Current Listings by Sq Ft Range Report
• The Current Listings by Dwelling Type Report

How do I Use the Current Listings Reports?

Step 1. Begin by selecting the blue View button next to the report of your choice. If you are not sure which report you’d like to review, select the Show Description option located under the name of each report.

Step 2. Make changes to report filters as desired. By default, all options are selected and the report will display state-wide Residential (or Rental) listing data directly from UtahRealEstate.com. Changing report filters allows users to narrow down statistics reports to the locations and property details most relevant to their business.

Step 3. After changing filters, be sure to select Refresh Report.

Each report can be:

• Filtered
• Printed
• Downloaded
• Saved for future use

When printing and downloading any report, consider including a Cover Page for branding and the Report Definitions page for an explanation of the report.

Saved reports can be found under the My Reports Tab in the main menu.
