24 Hour Concierge

What is 24 Hour Concierge?

24 Hour Concierge is a Builders Update feature for staying up-to-date on the latest new construction listings and communities. Like a UtahRealEstate.com Listing Alert, 24 Hour Concierge will automatically conduct searches and notify you (and your buyer) the moment Builders Update finds inventory that matches your criteria.

How do I Use 24 Hour Concierge?

1. Begin under the My Tools Tab.

2. Select 24 Hour Concierge and then Set Up.

3. Give your 24 Hour Concierge a Name. Use a descriptive name so you can quickly identify its purpose.

4. Enter your search criteria such as the location, price, builder, etc.

5. Select how frequently you would like the email to be sent. Options include daily, weekly, and monthly.

6. If this email is for your client, be sure to select Send to Homebuyer. You will be prompted to select a Homebuyer from those Homebuyers already added to your Builders Update account. Learn how to add Homebuyers here.

If this email is for your information only, leave the checkbox blank.

7. Finally, select Create 24 Hour Concierge.

How do I Manage my Saved 24 Hour Concierges?

Manage previously saved 24 Hour Concierges by selecting My Tools, followed by 24 Hour Concierge, and then Manage.
