What are the RapidStats Market Summary Reports?

The Market Summary tab in RapidStats includes statistical reports designed to be a high-level overview of the market as a whole, and includes data from the current and prior year. Use the Market Summary Reports to find general metrics for listings regardless of listing status.

What Market Summary Reports are Available?

The Residential reports available in the Marekt Summary section of RapidStats include:

• The Market Statistics Summary Report
• The Residential Market Stat Infographic Report
• The Monthly Local Market Report
• The Monthly Metrics Report
• The Monthly Housing Summary Report

How do I Use the Market Summary Reports?

Step 1. Begin by selecting the blue View button next to the report of your choice. If you are not sure which report you’d like to review, select the Show Description option located under the name of each report.

Step 2. Make changes to report filters as desired. By default, all options are selected and the report will display state-wide Residential (or Rental) listing data directly from UtahRealEstate.com. Changing report filters allows users to narrow down statistics reports to the locations and property details most relevant to their business.

Step 3. After changing filters, be sure to select Refresh Report.

Each report can be:

• Filtered
• Printed
• Downloaded
• Saved for future use

When printing and downloading any report, consider including a Cover Page for branding and the Report Definitions page for an explanation of the report.

Saved reports can be found under the My Reports Tab in the main menu.
