What is RapidStats Office Metrics?
Office Metrics is used to generate transaction and performance reports for brokerage firms. The reports reflect brokerage firm or company wide data for specific brokerages.
What Reports are Available in Office Metrics?
The Reports available in the Office Metrics include:
- The Broker Production Report
- The Broker Inventory Report
- The Broker Efficiency Report
- The Broker Top Producers Report
How do I Use the Office Metrics Reports?
Step 1. Begin by selecting the blue View button next to the report of your choice. If you are not sure which report you’d like to review, select the Show Description option located under the name of each report.
Step 2. Make changes to report filters as desired.
Step 3. After changing filters, be sure to select Refresh Report.
Each report can be:
- Filtered
- Printed
- Downloaded
- Saved for future use
When printing and downloading any report, consider including a Cover Page for branding and the Report Definitions page for an explanation of the report.
Saved reports can be found under the My Reports Tab in the main menu.
